Pricing Guide

MarketLikeAWholesaler gives pricing breaks that are not dependent on the volume of mail. Rather, we give our price breaks based on the length of your commitment to incentivize what it takes to succeed in direct mail.

We offer two levels of service regardless of the size of the order:

Self Service

We will print the letters and the envelopes and ship them to the client. The client then folds the letters, stuffs them in the envelopes, and puts their own stamp on it.

Self Service works well for people who:

  • want to save money by doing some of the work themselves
  • have the time to fold and stuff envelopes
  • wish to have more control over exactly when the letters are mailed.

Full Service

We will take care of your direct mail campaign from start to finish. 

Full service mail can also be drop shipped to you to drop in the mail in order to receive a local postmark. Shipping charges will be applied.

Payment Options

Payment is accepted through Pay Pal, Chase Quick Pay, Auto Bill Pay or by Check:

  • Pay Pal: Pay through this email: newrefinedimages@gmail.com, a 4% convenience fee on all Card transactions processed through Pay Pal will be added to your invoice.
  • Chase Quick Pay: Preferred Method. Use Zelle from any major bank or stand alone APP to New Refined Images, please use associated email, “newrefinedimages@gmail.com” 
  • Auto Bill Pay via your bank account. As each bank has differing rules, regarding set up, please let us know what information your bank requires.
  • By Check: If you send via Priority Mail with no signature required and send us the tracking number, we will consider it received for the purposes of getting started. Please make check payable to New Refined Images LLC, and mail to New Refined Images, P.O. Box 8328 Fort Worth, TX 76124
  • Service will begin upon receipt

Financing Available

We understand that sometimes clients, especially those newbies, need to budget with monthly payments. Therefor financing is available for campaigns of four months or greater. While we ordinarily receive payment in full before work begins, we can set up payments as a courtesy to our clients which is essentially interest free financing. We will accept a deposit equal to first and last month’s payment up front plus the cost of the list in advance (should you purchase one from us). The remainder of the Invoice total will be spread out in monthly payments. Our goal is to make a larger campaign more affordable as well as giving access to discount pricing only available for longer campaigns.

Timing in a campaign is critical to success, and we take great pride in keeping all the trains running on time. With a plan to finance in place, your payment will always be one month ahead of the mail, so there will be no issues with timing, no unnecessary delays, and everyone is protected.

Payments are due on or before the due dates in the payment schedule sent with your Invoice. Payments are considered late and subject to late fees seven days from the due date. Late fees will accumulate at $25.00 per week.
