Mailing Lists and Lead Trackers

The strength of your direct mail marketing campaign is dependent on the strength of your mailing list. MarketLikeAWholesaler has experience at creating lists that work. We have sent direct mail pieces to millions of real estate owners in over 90 markets across the United States.

MarketLikeAWholesaler offers two different ways for you to build your direct mail marketing list:

Customized List:

As an authorized ListSource reseller, we have access to vast and up-to-date information on real estate owners. MarketLikeAWholesaler will build a customized list that satisfies The Four Corners of Wholesale Marketing Success.

As a reseller, MarketLikeAWholesaler passes on bulk list savings that are not available to individuals. There are many advantages of building a direct mail marketing list with MarketLikeAWholesaler:

  • There are no minimum number of names per list
  • You are not required to have a subscription or pay in bulk for names you will not use
  • Flat fee of $0.20 per name; that list will be used for the duration of the campaign
  • We do not charge more for premium filters.

Build Your Own List:

Use your own creativity and resources to build a mailing list of your own. We can offer guidance and point you in the right direction, but you may have good local access and resources of data. MarketLikeAWholesaler can mail to any list that you provide.

What happens after a mailing?

Marketlikeawholesaler does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. We make the phone ring, but marketing is just the first step.  There is still a lot to be done after sending the letters. This work includes answering the phone, building rapport, keeping track of people who contact you, inspecting properties, negotiating and making the deal, writing the contracts, and ultimately monetizing the lead one way or another.

Lead Tracker/CRM:

When you work with MarketLikeAWholesaler, you’ll have access to your own customer relations management (CRM) tool. A CRM is used to manage the responses that you receive from your direct mail campaign. This helps you refine your list and track leads that were generated from the campaign.

The lead tracker gives you a place to:

  • track calls
  • take notes and set follow ups
  • set appointments to view the property
  • maintain an up to date mailing list

When used correctly, our Lead Tracker will keep your master mailing list updated in real time. Doing this will save you marketing dollars by eliminating future mailings to prospective buyers/sellers who have expressed that they do not want to sell/buy.
